My mindset, drive, consistency, and determination comes from my work ethic in the gym. At first- I found fitness as a coping mechanism for stress anxiety and depression. I was in a 6year relationship that didn’t end well, and I turned to the gym and working out as a means to escape and build a better version of myself. Starting there, everything started to transform. My physical body, my mentality, my attitude towards life… I was setting goals, crushing them, setting even bigger goals I never would’ve thought possible all because of sweat equity and hard work. It’s crazy the person you can become and what you can achieve when you put some headphones in and get to work. Now my entire goal and mission in life is to share what I’ve learned over the years with as many people as possible. Through my own personal trial and error I’ve learned what to do and what not to do… what is a waste of time and what is worth investing your time into.
Bodybuilding & weight training, training, calisthenics and bodyweight exercises, HIIT and cardio training, yoga and stretching all forms of fitness have changed my life and now its time for me to share my expertise and extensive knowledge with all of you. Nutrition has played the biggest role in my transformation. Having a structured nutrition plan is the 100% most important thing when it comes to putting your mind in the right place, as well as making the physical changes in your body that you want to see. I have been eating healthy and disciplined for 10 years in a row. I know a shit ton of info on health and nutrition and I can give you hundreds of delicious recipes that will leave you satisfied and without cravings.
